Personal use ke liye wishes aur cards freely share karein — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook sab par. Commercial use ke liye written permission chahiye. Photo uploads kabhi server par nahi jaate — aapka browser process karta hai. Platform free hai aur hamesha rahega.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Scraping or automated bulk downloading of content
  • Republishing large portions of content without permission
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt or damage the platform
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

3. Content & Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

All wishes, shayari, card designs, graphics, code and content on wishes.shayarimetro.com are property of ShayariMetro unless stated.

3.2 Personal Use License

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Name Personalization

You can add your name or others' names to cards. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use those names.

4.2 Photo Uploads

Your uploaded photos are processed 100% in your browser. They are NEVER transmitted to or stored on our servers. You retain full ownership. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use that photo.

We are not responsible for how you use generated cards containing your own photos or names.

5. AI-Generated Wishes & Shayari

Our platform uses AI to generate personalized wishes and shayari. AI-generated content is provided as-is. While we strive for quality and cultural accuracy, AI outputs may occasionally be imperfect. Review before sharing. We are not liable for any AI-generated content.

All AI generation uses third-party API providers. No personal data is stored by us during AI generation — only the prompt parameters (festival, language, tone) are sent to the API.

6. Advertising

ShayariMetro Wishes is free and supported by Google AdSense (Publisher ID: ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXX). We do not control specific ads. We are not responsible for advertised products or services.
